イベント概要

台湾企業の日本進出における法務・財務の実務を紹介します。
日本進出を検討・実施している台湾企業や、台湾企業の海外展開を法務・財務の面から支援する日本及び台湾の弁護士・財務専門家も参加します。ネットワークの機会もございますので、台湾スタートアップとの協業や投資をご検討の方々はぜひご参加ください。

The session will introduce practical legal and financial matters relevant to Taiwanese companies entering the Japanese market.
Participants will include Taiwanese companies that are considering or currently undertaking expansion into Japan, as well as Japanese and Taiwanese attorneys and financial professionals who support Taiwanese companies in their overseas expansion. Networking opportunities will also be available, and we warmly encourage those interested in collaborating with or investing in Taiwanese startups to join us. (The session will be conducted in English.)
