Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law, in 2002. Admitted to the bar in 2003 (Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association) and joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu the same year, engaging in various market financing, M&A, and legal matters for listed companies. Seconded to the proprietary investment division of the Daiwa Securities Group in 2007 and later transferred, handling private equity transactions and fund formation, primarily in the Asia region, as well as regional revitalization projects. Joined Norinchukin Bank in 2014, working on alternative investments, followed by M&A advisory, research, and other consulting services as part of its non-financial service business. Provided client support by leveraging extensive knowledge, industry relationships, and legal expertise across diverse fields such as sustainability, food, and agriculture. Resumed practice as an independent attorney in October 2022 and joined ZeLo Law Firm in April 2024. Main areas of practice include private equity, general corporate law, venture support, M&A, international transactions, financial law, regulatory compliance in the food and agriculture sectors, technology, and new business development, including project management.
