Representative Works
- Contributed to the improvement of governance to meet the qualifications of more than 400 companies applying for listing as a counsel for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
- Contributed to the development of guidelines in the METI's study group on fair M&A practices as a supporter of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.
- Project manager on the investment bank side of cross-border M&A to ensure successful M&A transactions.
