FinTech (Finance×Technology)

FinTech (Finance & Technology) businesses are progressing rapidly. FinTech businesses are changing the way payments are processed and have a significant impact in bringing the finance industry to its next stage of development. Applications of FinTech include crowdfunding, lending services, factoring services, payment processing, payment remittance, asset management, insurance, and wage payment businesses. Given that FinTech generally requires a company to hold the assets of others, it is important to implement a sound legal strategy given the strict legal regulations that govern such business models.

Advising FinTech businesses is one of ZeLo’s strengths and its FinTech lawyers provide strategic and comprehensive legal solutions for each of our client's business models.
