  • Handled a wide range of employment disputes involving termination, unpaid wages, disciplinary actions, mental health-related leaves of absence, and unfair competition
  • Represented clients in negotiations, preliminary injunctions, labor tribunal proceedings, litigation, collective negotiations, and issues involving the Labor Standards Office

Experience 2: Employment Rules and Policies
