(currently SoftBank Group Corp.) in 2008. Seconded to Wireless City Planning Inc., a telecommunications company from November 2010 to February 2013, seconded and transferred to Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, Inc. In June 2020 as a Director of the Business Planning Department at the company, overseeing legal, compliance, and business planning divisions, and joined ZeLo in March 2025. Providing advice based on extensive experience in Legal/Compliance, Business Planning, General Affairs, External Relations, Risk Management, Information Security, and other areas.

Representative Works

  • Engaged in M&A, fundraising, compliance, subsidiary management, and other tasks at SoftBank Group Corp. (holding company).
  • Involved in all types of projects, from large-scale contracts with overseas vendors to smaller fundraising initiatives, including sales and leaseback arrangements, from the founding stage at Wireless City Planning, Inc. (a high-speed data communications company).
  • As a strategic legal expert in the telecommunications group, researched and studied laws such as the NTT Law and the Telecommunications Business Act, and published research results.
  • As the head of legal, compliance, and intellectual property at Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, Inc. (a comprehensive entertainment company), contributed to various projects, including trouble resolution, governance (decision-making authority), risk management systems, and organizational strengthening. In compliance, implemented education and awareness programs, hotline issue management, strengthened systematic player compliance systems, and responded to the exclusion of antisocial forces. Also, responsible for budget preparation from the business planning department, acquisition projects, formulation of management philosophy and vision, and numerous special projects.
  • Attended meetings of the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) organization and, as an assistant to the SoftBank Hawks' league representative, contributed to the development of the baseball industry through not only benefiting the team, but also creating rules, launching the Samurai Japan project, establishing salary compensation insurance, and engaging in anti-organized crime activities.
  • At Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, received the President's Award within the company and won the JILA In-House Legal Award in the regional corporate category for two consecutive years.
