Engaged in the private sector concession business at several government-managed airports as a specialist officer of the Office of Airport Management Reform.
Involved in the study of the private sector (e.g. Airport management concessionaires, financial institutions) and the sharing of risks between the public and private sectors, taking into account the impact of the new coronavirus.
Involved in environmental policy at the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (study on CO2 reduction in the airport sector, study on revision of the Eco-Airport Guideline, and support for environmental measures and introduction of de-icing agents at private airports).
Involved in the promotion of new technology at the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (provided guidance on the introduction of drone regulations to civil airports and promoted demonstration tests of automatic driving).
