  • Advised on numerous matters ranging from support for early-stage startups at launch to assistance with new business initiatives at later-stage startups. Provided legal support tailored to each business phase, including structuring business schemes, developing contractual frameworks, negotiating with counterparties, and identifying legal risks associated with business execution, thereby supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Advised on numerous dispute matters relating to large-scale projects, providing comprehensive support from the formulation of negotiation strategies based on litigation risk analysis to written responses, in-person negotiations, and litigation proceedings.
  • Advised startups on numerous labor and employment negotiations and disputes from the employer-side perspective, supporting the minimization of business risks through handling problematic employees, developing strategies for resignation and termination matters, and conducting negotiations, including those with labor unions.
