From 2006, accumulated 18 years of experience at a labor and social security attorney corporation in Tokyo, where responsibilities included advising on labor issues, drafting and revising work rules and internal regulations, handling social and labor insurance procedures, payroll processing, delivering harassment prevention training, and conducting interviews for internal harassment investigations. After that, joined ZeLo in 2025.
