Representative Works
- Support for recovery in private reorganization procedures (formulation of recovery schemes (self-help recovery through restructuring using debt-equity swaps (DES) and debt-debt swaps (DDS)), sponsor-type recovery using a second company method, etc.), formulation of business reorganization plans, preparation of related investment agreements, shareholders agreements, inter creditors agreements, negotiations with financial institutions, etc.)
- Support for business closure in private reorganization procedures (formulation of repayment plans, release of guarantees using the Management Guarantee Guidelines, special liquidation, etc.)
- Acted as the bankruptcy trustee (or the bankruptcy trustee agent) as well as the petitioner for creditors on debt collection matters of multiple bankrupt entities. Represented clients on various corporate rehabilitation cases as the trustee auditor and acting petitioner.
- Responsible for corporate and business legal affairs for companies in various phases, from the start-up stage to the growth stage, maturity stage, and closure stage. Provides hands-on support to build management and legal systems for companies in the business improvement phase.
- Investigated various financial and payment service business models from a legal perspective. Acted for a FinTech business, succesfully applied for acceptance of business model legal compliance under the Elimination of Grey Zone Policy.
