- Currently seconded to the Financial Service Agency's Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission. Acting as a securities investigation officer and reviewing dozens of cases per year related to insider trading and stock price manipulation. Involved in revising the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
- Handled multiple large-scale bankruptcy cases as an assistant bankruptcy trustee; filed various petitions in bankruptcy court.
- Acted in various bankrtupcy matters for corporate entities and individuals, including civil rehabilitation, corporate restructuring-related ADR, and drafting guidelines for executive insurance policies.
- Acted in various labor and employment cases, drafted internal company policies and represented clients before labor tribunals.
- Conducted legal review of various business models of FinTech and HRTech startups and provided legal advice.
