Expert on M&A, general corporate law, and Indoniesian labor law and has advised numerous financial and Fintech businesses for over 12 years. - Supported various global companies as well as the largest Indonesian national bank with complex investments, mergers and acquisitions (including acquisitions of assets and portfolio loans).
- Assisted with real estate investment projects and corporate reorganizations.
- Advised clients on various employment matters with finance departments as well as other strategic labor matters related to M&As.
- Represented global banks and financial groups on significant financial transactions, issuance of equity and refined financing projects.
- Provided various legal advice and assistance for M&A transactions and financing projects.
- Represented PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, Koperasi Sahabat Sampoerna in acquiring IDR 7 trillion accounts, which totaled 700 billion dollars from Indonesian banks. Structured various complex financing models and planned how to provide portfolio loan services.
- Represented one of Indonesia's largest banks in acquiring the majority of the shares of a multi-finance company.
- Represented a multi-national medical device and pharmaceutical company in a major employment dispute.
- Represented an Indonesian-Japanese in an acquisition and then later a merger with one of its subsidiaries
- Represented the largest financial service company in Indonesia in acquiring equity from an Indonesian FinTech company as well as entering into business partnerships.
- Represented a Japanese company in entering the Indonesian market by acquiring a multi-finance company under an Indonesian banking group.
- Represented a Japanese trading company in the acquisition of new shares for Lippo Group (listed as one of the most impressive deals in Asia law Profile 2015)
