Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Waseda University in 2006, and completed Chuo University Law School in 2008. Registered as an attorney in 2009 (Tokyo Bar Association). After working at Toranomon Law & Economics Office, the Nuclear Regulation Authority (primarily in litigation), Iwata Godo Law Office, and HSBC. Participated in ZeLo in 2025. His practice focuses on general corporate, litigation and dispute resolution, labor and employment, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, real estate, personal data protection, and regulatory matters involving financial institutions (mainly banking and insurance). In addition to domestic matters, he has handled numerous cross-border matters such as English-language contracts. He has a strong focus on the litigation field, such as publications "Evidence Collections" (Keiso Legal Practice Series)" and actively participating in bar association activities related to litigation.

Representative Works

  • Have provided a lot of advice on general corporate matters and suppored new business for various clients, including financial institutions, automotive manufacturers (including listed companies), and destributors. strong experience on communicating with public offices and on domestic and cross-border business alliances.
  • Have Led a variety of damages claims, declaratory actions and debt collection matters as a primary counsel. Had performed as one of the primary member of litigation teams in large-scale, complex disputes, including issues on constructions.
  • Had drafted and revised internal company procedures, including policiy and procedures relating to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
  • Had resolved labor disputes and handled misconduct cases, drawing on experience representing both employees and employers.
  • Advised on syndicated loans, asset-based loans and structured finance transactions (including receivables finance and supply chain finance) involving domestic and international financial institutions.
  • Have provided in-house training programs on data protection, harassment, competition law practice and product liability.
