Representative Works
- Acted in a large number of domestic and cross-border transactions involving mergers, stock purchase transactions, corporate splits, share swaps, asset transfers. Representative work includes structuring deals, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and PMI matters. Succesfully closed numerous deals for startups, mid-sized companies, publicly traded companies as well as various types of funds.
- Acted as general counsel for a Japanese company as well as its foreign subsidiary in a matter culminating in a succesful IPO. Provided legal advice on a wide range of matters involving corporate governance matters, HR matters, intellectual property matters, and risk management matters.
- Has facilitated numerous corporate restructurings and civil rehabilitations, developed acquisition defense strategies and has experience working on various other corporate matters.
