2021年4月1日、インドネシア投資調整委員会（Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal / "BKPM"）は、「リスクベースの許認可および投資施設のガイドラインと手続きに関する2021年規則第4号」（以下「BKPM規則第4号」）を公表しました。

BKPM規則第4号では、外国直接投資会社（外国人が所有するインドネシア企業）は、他の規則で別段の規定がされていない限り、少なくとも100億IDR（約76,694,910円）の発行払込済資本金を有する必要があります。これは、従来の要件である25億IDR（約19,173,727円）を上回るものです。BKPM規則第4号は2021年6月2日に発効します。

この要件が既存の外国資本会社に適用されるかどうか、何らかの例外規定が適用されるかが明らかになりましたら、さらに最新情報をお伝えします。
