- Provided strategic advice for a complex shareholder dispute of a privately held company and obtained a favorable result for the client.
- Acted in a number of M&A matters, with deal-values ranging up to 100 billion yen. Representative matters have involved initial planning, legal due diligence, deal structuring, contract negotiation and closing.
- Acted in various matters relating to corporate governance in both publicly traded and privately held companies.
- Founded LegalForce, a company that developed Japan's first contract review support software, and ZeLo, a foreign law joint enterprise, to improve of the productivity of the entire legal industry and the quality of legal services.
