Masaya Uchino (California) participated in the General Assembly of Space Councilors held in the Japanese House of Councilors

At the General Assembly of the Space Councilors Association of the House of Councilors at the House of Councilors's House on May 14 of this year, our California state attorney, Masaya Uchino, gave a talk with Monica Jan, Senior Director of Virgin Orbit, I did an interpretation.
