Representative Works
- Engaged in handling various labor disputes such as dismissal, unpaid wages, disciplinary actions, leave of absence, competition and unfair competition, etc. (representation in negotiations, provisional disposition proceedings, labor tribunal proceedings, litigation, collective bargaining, response to the Labor Standards Inspection Office, etc.).
- Involved in many cases involving the improvement of the corporate labor environment, including the formulation of internal personnel and labor-related regulations such as employment regulations, and advice on wage systems and labor management.
- Handled general corporate matters for domestic companies. Drafting and reviewing various contracts, advising on legality of business models, protection of personal information, etc.
- Advised on legal due diligence, labor due diligence, and post-M&A integration of human resource systems in M&A of domestic companies.
- Conducted labor due diligence for a start-up company, and engaged in consulting services to support improvement of labor management system for IPO examination.
- He also has extensive experience in advising on outsourcing contracts and freelance work.
