- At the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, engaged in a wide range of startup-related policies, including reforms to stock option taxation, amendments to the Industrial Competitiveness Enhancement Act, finance-related initiatives, support for global expansion, and support for female entrepreneurs.
- At a Fintech company, responsible for policy planning, including responding to inquiries from government agencies, attending government study groups, and engaging in lobbying activities.
- At a mobility startup, handled public affairs and legal matters, including meetings with government agencies, speaking at various events, and conducting lobbying activities.
- Handled various M&A transactions (stock acquisitions, mergers and stock splits, asset transfers, various other equity restructuring models) for publicly traded and privately held companies by conducting legal due diligence, contract negotiations and legal compliance matters.
- Assisted with third party audits of a scandal related to a publicly traded company.
